The Ericksen Cottages are located on picturesque Bainbridge Island in Winslow, just a quick few block walk from the ferry to downtown Seattle. Eleven two- or three-bedroom cottages feature their own private yards surrounded by a low fence, clustered around a riotously designed garden courtyard. Neighbors frequently connect by a stroll through the peaceful commons area gardens, gathering in the Commons building or a chance meeting at the mailbox. All cottages include a room-sized covered porch, front porch flower boxes, private yards, freestanding gas fireplaces, regional hardwood floors and cabinets, bay windows, vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, classic details, built-ins, great light, character and charm.
