Visitors to Our Projects
	While our communities have received considerable national media attention, they are privately owned homes and by homeowner request, not available to visit. Please respect homeowner privacy and view these homes via photographs on our website. The website provides site plans, and detailed information. Individuals can visit our current projects - now under construction. For locations and sales information, please visit our 'For Sale' tab. Organized tours to accommodate professional groups, planning, city leaders, and neighborhood councils may be possible. The Board of Directors of the various community Owners Associations must approve all organized visit requests in advance.
