We encourage individuals to visit our current projects, now under construction. For locations and sales information, please visit our New Communities page.

Our completed communities are privately owned homes and, by homeowner request, are not available for drop-by visits. Escorted pre-arranged tours to accommodate professional groups, planning staff, city leaders, and neighborhood councils may be possible by special arrangement only. Tours must be pre-approved by community Owners Associations well in advance. Photography is not allowed.
